Purchase: we store company name, VAT number, billing address, invoice email and your questionnaire answers with your order (Cloudflare KV, EU/global edge network) to deliver the kit and issue the invoice (legal basis: contract, legal accounting obligation). Orders expire after about 13 months; accounting records are kept by our accountant for the legally required period (in principle 10 years in Belgium).
Payments: processed by Mollie B.V. (Netherlands); we receive the payment status, not your card data.
No tracking: no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights: access, correction, deletion (subject to accounting obligations) and complaint to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be / autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
