  1. Seller: Kagan Consulting, sole proprietorship of Kagan Serhan Ayik, Kerselaarlaan 12, 2220 Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium, VAT/KBO BE0748634023.
  2. Business customers only. The kit is sold to companies and professionals (B2B). By ordering you confirm you act for your business; consumer withdrawal rules therefore do not apply.
  3. Product: a digital self-assessment aid: gap report (PDF), 90-day action plan and editable policy templates, delivered online immediately after payment. Price €149 excl. VAT, one-off. VAT is added as shown at checkout.
  4. Licence: you may use, adapt and share the deliverables within your own organisation and with your customers/auditors. Reselling or republishing the templates is not allowed.
  5. No certification, no legal advice. The kit is based solely on your own answers. It is not an audit, a certification, a CyFun® label or legal advice, and does not guarantee acceptance by any customer or authority. CyFun® certification/verification is performed only by accredited conformity assessment bodies.
  6. Independence: Kagan Consulting is not affiliated with, and the kit is not issued, validated or endorsed by, the Centre for Cybersecurity Belgium (CCB). CyFun® and CyberFundamentals are marks of the CCB; control IDs are used for reference only. The official CyFun® documents are available free of charge from the CCB.
  7. Liability: to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the price paid for the kit; no liability for indirect damage, loss of business or data.
  8. Invoice: an invoice copy is available in your kit; the structured e-invoice (Peppol) is issued separately.
  9. Law: Belgian law; courts of Antwerp, division Mechelen.
